Dear Triboro Little League families,

This is a reminder that our annual picture day is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 13th at Anderson Field in Bloomingdale.  Please note the following important information and reminders:

• The schedule for the evening is attached.  Please arrive 10 minutes before your designated photo time so your team is ready.
• Players need to wear their full uniform (including hat/visor/headband) and should wear sneakers or similar footwear instead of their cleats.  Players should bring their glove with them but no bats are allowed.
• All players, parents, volunteers, and others must wear face masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines.  No parents/adults (except managers and coaches) will be allowed onto the field where photos are going to be taken.  Player photos will be taken with masks removed and the photographer will be a minimum of six (6) feet away from the player.
• Please supervise your players while you are at the field.  For safety reasons, running, playing, etc. is not permitted during pictures.
• All players should have received a photo order form/envelope with your fundraising information from your manager/coach.  Extra forms/envelopes will be available at picture day.  Please write clearly and legibly on the order envelope, as illegible entries will delay your order.
• An order envelope is needed for each individual player, and all players must fill out the envelope and take an individual photo even if you are not ordering any photos or packages.  This is because there will be no team photos taken due to social distancing and safety protocols.  Rather, all players must take an individual photo that will be assembled into a team collage.  If your player is not photographed they will not be included in the team collage.
• Please remember to bring your photo with you tomorrow.  All payments must be either in the form of cash or check payable to “Sport Shots Unlimited,” or you may choose to prepay for your photos online (preferred option).  To prepay online please click “Pre-Pay Online” then “Junior Sports League” from the Sport Shots Unlimited website (www.njsportshots.com).  Please remember to include your online confirmation # on your order envelope.  IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH CASH PLEASE ENCLOSE THE EXACT AMOUNT, AS CHANGE CANNOT BE MADE ON PICTURE DAY!

Please remember to bring your calendar raffle ticket stubs and money with you to turn-in at picture day as well!!  Please return ticket stubs and money in the pre-labeled envelope that you were provided, or in an envelope with your player's name and team clearly written on the front. Checks are to be made payable to Triboro Little League or "TBLL."
